WILD NORTH ROUTE – 3 Hours

We leave Costa Teguise heading Guatiza where we will leave the road to start a track tour that will pass through the old quarries of Guatiza, we will go down to Los Cocoteros where we will stop to visit and take photos from the salinas and we will continue towards Mala through the area of the cactus where we will see the cochineal. From there we will continue through Guatiza to the Mala dam (the only one in Lanzarote). After coming down from the dam we will abandon the track and take the road and head back to Costa Teguise.

 

 

Route: Costa Teguise, Guatiza quarries, salinas from Los Cocoteros, Mala cactuses, climb to the Mala dam and return to Costa Teguise through the Guatiza area.

Duration: 3 hours approx.

2 people per buggy (option to change drivers at each stop)

Tour schedule all Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Activity starting time: 10 am and 2 pm (must be submitted 15 minutes before)

Minimum age to drive 20 years with driving license. For non-drivers, the minimum height is 1,35m to be a passenger.  Includes dust glasses for all passengers.

Free pick-up and drop-off service to your hotel or apartment in:

– Arrecife and Costa Teguise: 15 min. before the activity

– Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero: 30 min. before the activity

– Playa Blanca: 45 min. before the activity
